WHERE: St.Paul’s Centre, Hills Rd, Cambridge CB2 1JP

In order to book a venue and plan the party, we need to estimate the number of participants, so PLEASE REPLY A.S.A.P. to: info@camruss.com, indicating the number of children and adults attending, and advising us on your preferred contribution of help. Please choose one (or more) of the following options:

  • assist on the door (for 30 mins or 1 hour);
  • help to run activities for children (for 1-2 hours);
  • come earlier and set up the room for the party;
  • stay till the end and help to clean and tidy up;
  • participate in the concert (e.g. sing, dance etc.);
  • organise games and activities for adults;
  • help with the disco.

Thank you very much in advance for your support. We need your cooperation to ensure the smooth running of the party and a happy ending! In fact, it is OUR party – and it is up to all of us to make it work.
