Thetford Forest

Our traditional Mushroom Walk & BBQ is the perfect way to enjoy a lovely day out for the whole family before winter.

Everyone is very welcome! Kid-friendly.

REGISTRATION: Please REGISTER by filling in this form before Saturday 2 October.

In the morning: FREE-STYLE MUSHROOM-HUNTING. Everyone is welcome to arrive in their own time to explore different parts of the woods. A good place to start mushroom-hunting is the Lynford Stag parking area, Thetford Forest, Suffolk IP27 0TJ (on the A134 by the huge wooden stag).

In the afternoon: BBQ. We shall then all meet up for our traditional BBQ at 14:00 (High Lodge, Thetford Forest, Brandon, Suffolk IP27 0AF). Please bring food and drink to share, including something for the BBQ.
